What are the Next Steps…?

  1. Visit our Contact and Booking Page to send your information my way & I will be in touch shortly to offer a complimentary consultation time. If you would prefer to skip a step and not fill out a contact form, please feel free to call or text me (Kate Kelley) directly :)

  2. We will schedule a Phone or Facetime consultation time.

  3. After reviewing your wishes for your home, I will send you a contract with all of the details available to you to secure your future session(s). A signed contract and a 50% deposit is required to keep the date(s) you requested.

  4. After your session(s) are booked, I will commence the space planning and send product recommendations for your home via email based upon the budget you shared with me during our consultation.

  5. Organization Day commences! Home Organizing Sessions begin at 9:30AM and end at 3:30PM if you are located in Washtenaw County, MI.

Will you keep my information private?

Yes, Of Course! Your privacy and confidentiality are of upmost importance to me. Your home and all of your belongings will be treated with great respect and care for the entirety of the time that I am sharing your space.

Will you use Before and After Photos of my Home?

I will not use a single photo of your home without a signed consent from you. I may take photos, with your permission, of the spaces I am working on before I commence our session to enable me to show you the big transformation from start to finish.

Do I need to be present for the entire 6 hour session?

No. I have often worked in homes for my clients when they are at work, on call, in surgery, grocery shopping etc. All I need is a little direction on your goals for your space and any information you would like to share with me and I can get to work!

Where do you purchase Organizational Products from?

-Target, Amazon, Ikea, Walmart, The Container Store, Home Goods & Specialty Design stores (dependent upon the budget for each client)

In Home Organizing & Home Staging Sessions

Single 6 Hour Session: $450

3 Sessions: $1,282.50 (Discounted at 5% off)

6 Sessions: $2,565.00(Discounted at 5% off)

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes! You can gift a 4 Hour session and beyond for a friend or loved one. Gift Cards are most requested for: Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas and Hanukkah, but they can be redeemable for an entire year from purchase. Realtors often gift their clients a Home Organizing Gift Card on the closing date.

My Hourly Rate is $75/hour: a 4 hour session price would be: $300
